The things you're probably wondering before you hand your phone to an AI.
Why should I trust you with my data and credentials?
Fair question. Here is exactly how we handle it.
We never ask for your passwords. When you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other service, you sign in on their page, not ours. They hand us a secure token that only works for the specific thing you allowed (for example: read your calendar, add new events). You can revoke it with one click any time, from your Google or Microsoft account settings or from your SoloDial dashboard.
Your customer data stays yours. We do not sell it. We do not share it. We do not use it to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Calls, transcripts, customer names and numbers, all of it is encrypted while traveling and encrypted while stored.
All your data lives in the United States on secure servers, with access limited to a small number of people on our team, logged every time. If you ever want to leave, click a button and we wipe everything. No drama.

Do I need any technical skills to set this up?
No. The whole setup is a step-by-step wizard that a barber or a dentist can finish on a phone during a lunch break. If you get stuck, chat with our onboarding AI and it walks you through it.
You do not need to install anything. You do not need to buy equipment. You do not need an IT person. You just need your website and the account email for whatever calendar or customer list you already use.
Will it actually sound like a real person?
Yes. You pick from 12+ studio-quality voices and hear a real sample of each one before you decide. You pick the language (24+ supported, with automatic switching mid-call when needed), the accent, and how formal or casual it sounds.
Most callers do not realize they are talking to an AI unless you tell them. If you prefer to be upfront, your AI can announce that it is an AI at the start of every call. Your choice.
What if my business already uses its own CRM or calendar?

Can I change my mind?
Any time. No long-term commitment. If you cancel, we stop and we wipe your data on request.
If you want to try it before committing, tell us on the sign-up form. We will set one up for your shop and you can call it yourself. If it does not feel right, you owe us nothing.
