Why should I trust you with my data and credentials?

Fair question. Here is exactly how we handle it.

We never ask for your passwords. When you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other service, you sign in on their page, not ours. They hand us a secure token that only works for the specific thing you allowed (for example: read your calendar, add new events). You can revoke it with one click any time, from your Google or Microsoft account settings or from your SoloDial dashboard.

Your customer data stays yours. We do not sell it. We do not share it. We do not use it to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Calls, transcripts, customer names and numbers, all of it is encrypted while traveling and encrypted while stored.

All your data lives in the United States on secure servers, with access limited to a small number of people on our team, logged every time. If you ever want to leave, click a button and we wipe everything. No drama.

Do I need any technical skills to set this up?

No. The whole setup is a step-by-step wizard that a barber or a dentist can finish on a phone during a lunch break. If you get stuck, chat with our onboarding AI and it walks you through it.

Will it actually sound like a real person?
