Paste your URL.
Two minutes later it knows your shop.

We crawl up to 500 pages of your website, strip the nav and the footer, and compile an exhaustive Q&A manual the AI consults on every call. Every price, every policy, every hour, every service, every team member.

What it learned 874 Q&A pairs
How much is a regular haircut?
Adult cuts are $35 with any barber. Kids 12 and under are $22. Seniors over 65 are $28.
Do you take walk-ins on Saturday?
Yes, but Saturday is our busiest day so we recommend booking ahead. Walk-in waits can be 45-60 minutes.
What happens if I cancel late?
Cancellations within 4 hours are charged 50% of the service. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Is Joe in on Tuesday?
Joe works Tuesday through Saturday. Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM. Happy to book you with him if he has an open slot.
…and 870 more.
How the crawl works

Not a surface scrape. Every page, every fact.

  1. 01 Up to 500 pages per site. We walk your sitemap AND your internal links together, so pages buried behind menus still get read.
  2. 02 Twelve levels deep. Category pages, service pages, bio pages, location pages, anything linked from anywhere on the site, we follow.
  3. 03 Nav and footer stripped automatically. We cut cookie banners, newsletter signups, chat widgets, and social bars before the AI ever sees them, so your knowledge base is content, not clutter.
  4. 04 robots.txt respected. We read your robots file and skip anything you've asked crawlers to avoid.
  5. 05 Duplicate content dedupes. Templated pages that repeat the same body get collapsed so we don't waste the AI's context on nav clones.
  6. 06 Two-pass Q&A generation. First pass enumerates every fact on the page. Second pass generates the questions a real caller would actually ask about those facts. Both feed the AI.
What the AI ends up knowing

Everything a caller could reasonably ask.

  1. 01 Services and prices. Every service you offer, what it includes, and how much it costs, straight from your published menu.
  2. 02 Hours and holidays. Daily open/close times, seasonal changes, federal holidays, early-close days, one-off closures.
  3. 03 Team and specialists. Every staff member on the site: name, specialty, days they work, languages they speak.
  4. 04 Policies verbatim. Cancellation, reschedule, late arrival, no-show, pet, minor consent, refund, privacy. The words you already published.
  5. 05 Insurance and payment. Accepted plans, copay details, payment methods, financing partners, deposit requirements.
  6. 06 Location details. Address, parking, transit, building access, nearby landmarks, accessibility features.
  7. 07 FAQs you already wrote. If your site has a public FAQ page, every Q and A carries over verbatim.
  8. 08 Emergency procedures. On-call protocol, urgent-triage instructions, after-hours options, on-call rotation.

Your website

Paste the URL once. Click Re-scan whenever you update prices or hours. The AI sees the new version within minutes.

Source 02

Your own Q&As

Add or edit any answer directly in the dashboard. What you write wins over what the crawler guessed.

PDFs and docs

Upload price sheets, policy docs, intake forms, service menus. The AI reads those too.
