SIP setup

Bicom's PBXware has a polished tenant-admin UI with a dedicated 'SIP Account' section per extension. If you're a Bicom reseller's end-customer, your reseller may have restricted the credential view; ask if so.

Plan: Available on all tenants. Tenant Admin role required.
Step by step

Five to ten minutes

  1. 01

    Sign in as Tenant Admin

    Go to https://<tenant>.bicomsystems.com or your reseller's URL. Sign in with an admin account.

    Extensions → pick an extension → SIP

    Open the target extension, click the SIP tab in the left-hand menu.

    Copy SIP settings

    Copy: Username (SIP user, often the extension number), Secret (SIP password), Server (registration URL).

Watch out for
  • Some Bicom resellers lock the Secret field (you can set it but not view it after). If that's your case, regenerate the secret AND paste into SoloDial in the same session.
