Grasshopper is a virtual phone system, not a PBX. Calls route to cell phones via forwarding, not via SIP. There is no SIP registrar or credentials to export.

Here's what you can do instead

Keep Grasshopper for the nice inbound greeting + routing, but add a SoloDial-owned Twilio number as one of the destinations Grasshopper forwards to. SoloDial picks up instead of a human, then can transfer back to your cell.
Switch to a provider with BYOD support (RingCentral, Nextiva, Zoom Phone) if you want SoloDial to BE the system rather than sit alongside it.
If you want the Grasshopper number to ring SoloDial directly, use Grasshopper's 'Forward to a phone number' feature and point it at your SoloDial-provisioned number.
