Dialpad does not offer SIP BYOD for standard accounts. Audio is proprietary (Ai Voice) and all calls route through Dialpad apps or desk phones they resell. There is no exposed SIP registrar.

Here's what you can do instead

  • Use Dialpad's Call Forwarding to send specific numbers to a Twilio DID that SoloDial owns.
  • Port the number you want SoloDial to answer to a provider in this list that supports BYOD (RingCentral, Nextiva, Zoom Phone, GoTo, 3CX, FreePBX, Phone.com).
  • If you're on Dialpad CCaaS/Contact Center, contact your CSM, enterprise tiers sometimes expose a SIP trunk that can be mapped to SoloDial with support involvement.
