SIP setup

Phone.com has one of the simplest self-service BYOD flows. The admin UI explicitly names the fields you need to paste into SoloDial.

Plan: Plus Users and Pro plans. Phone Extension required (not just a virtual Mailbox).

Five to ten minutes

  1. 01

    Sign in to Phone.com Configure

    Go to phone.com and sign in with an admin account.

    Configure → Manage Users → pick a user → Edit

    Open the user whose extension the AI will use.

    Devices tab → Add Device → SIP Phone

    Pick 'SIP Phone (BYOD)'. Name it 'SoloDial'.

    Copy credentials

    Phone.com shows Extension (at top of user page), SIP Username, SIP Password (click the eye icon to reveal), and SIP Server (registration URL, usually sip.phone.com).
